Dominise Duliepre is passionate about empowering youth and believes every scholar deserves access to college, career, and travel opportunities. She is an educator with five years of experience in the school system and holds a bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University and a master’s degree from North Carolina A&T State University. Through The Essence Ambassadors, Dominise is committed to helping students reach their full potential.

James Pinnock is a dedicated social worker passionate about making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. He hold’s a bachelors degree in Broadcasting Journalism from Seton Hall University and a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. His diverse background and genuine commitment to others allows him to connect authentically and inspire positive change.

Richard Dauphin is a dedicated community organizer, youth developer, and public speaker committed to empowering the next generation. With a passion for mentorship, leadership development, and faith-centered guidance, he is driven by service, education, and advocacy, with the goal of creating safe spaces where young people can grow, lead, and thrive.

Rolyce Boston is an educator, mentor, and coach dedicated to equipping youth with the tools they need to navigate the realities of the world. Committed to honesty, growth, and accountability, He believes that providing real guidance is essential to preparing scholars for real-life challenges and success.
